Errol Black was a founding member of the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives-Manitoba. He made an enormous contribution to the work, most significantly through his voluminous writing on labour issues. Errol died November 2012. To honour his memory and to carry on his work, we have established the Errol Black Chair in Labour Issues.
